Our Vendor Assisted Package drops the commission to 0.6% (excl GST).
Using the above example you would only pay a commission of $2,400 +gst.

This potentially puts your property into the top ranking when people search for ‘Real Estate’, ‘Estate Agent’, ‘Warrnambool’, ‘Port Fairy’, ‘Portland’, ‘Koroit’ or any of the townships in the entire and surrounding district.
Professional photography
Professional quality photography with the substantial image library printed for you to keep as your personal memento. We usually include around 6 – 20 images per web presentation but this can vary according to the nature of the property.

All negotiations
you may choose to conduct your own negotiations or let us step in and negotiate for you. All negotiations are conducted with absolute integrity.
If you choose we can provide and prepare the industry Contracts whilst you or your solicitor prepare the mandatory Vendors S.32 Statement.
We then liaise with your solicitor or conveyancor and ensure that all documents are professionally prepared and available as necessary.
Advertisement Preparation
We discuss the reality of media advertising and encourage you to save as much money as possible, and to only spend that which may be potentially productive.
We personally think that the money spent by shop-front agents, primarily on their personal and company promotion (at your expense), is both unethical and unwarranted.
Brochures, Posters, Letter-Box
We discuss the optional cost of brochure, poster and letter-box drops with you and recommend as appropriate. Again – to only spend that which is potentially productive.
Open House – Your Choice
Open houses can be conducted if, after full discussion with you the vendor, they would be considered to be potentially valuable.
We believe in utilizing all selling tools in a strategic and productive way, but not by throwing your money away.
