Background:
Traditionally, real estate agents have unfortunately been regarded in a less than positive light. Whilst there are many who are highly ethical and honest there are also many who have brought the profession into disrepute.
At Real Estate Sales Warrnambool, Port Fairy, Portland, Koroit we genuinely hope to begin to re-dress that image. We do not like having to carry the burden of that stigma. We believe that the system we have formulated here, especially by pioneering the Vendor Assisted Selling System, is honest, ethical and untainted by greed.
We also believe that Real Estate essentially sells itself, and that too many agents falsely proclaim themselves to be experts and seek to convince you that they are the best. How many times have you heard agents ‘out-sell everybody else’, ‘always get the best price’, ‘have a buyer waiting’ and “all you have to do is list with us now”? Desperate to get you signed up before the next agent comes along!
We have nothing to hide, we have a genuine, uncomplicated offer to put to you, and we encourage you to get the other agents along first, let them deliver their elaborate presentations, then (before you make your mind up) call us along last – unless of course you are not interested in keeping thousands of commission dollars in your pocket.
Our job, as Real Estate Agents, is to facilitate the sale of your property and to achieve the best possible outcome for you the vendor by charging a fee that is reasonable and without greed. To achieve this we have abandoned the concept of the grandiose shop-front. The best deployment of our professional resources is to enlist the property owner in a working partnership where we both combine our resources to achieve the sale.
We believe that the Real Estate and Property market plays an integral role in most people’s lives and is inherently worthy of a dignified and respected reputation. Notwithstanding that there will always be bad apples in every barrel, we hope through this endeavour (and the endeavour of every honest agent) that we will in time see the day when the majority of Real Estate Agents will be more appropriately regarded.
